The gastronomic project Il Cashewficio – Italian artisan atelier specializing in the production of fermented cashew-based specialties, made according to European cheese-making tradition, with a new plant-based, inclusive and contemporary touch. As the goal is the enjoyment.
These vegan delicacies are handcrafted with natural ingredients and through slow fermentation processes that develop complex aromas and a natural richness of live and probiotic cultures, thus contributing not only to the pleasure of the table but also to health and well-being.
